Responsibilities:
· Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and offboarding.
· Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and effectively communicate recruitment strategies.
· Demonstrate strong presentation skills and a high-energy demeanor in all interactions.
· Take initiative to understand the company's needs and actively contribute to process improvement.
· Share innovative ideas for enhancing recruitment processes and implementing new strategies.
· Lead our internship program, providing mentorship and guidance to interns.
· Represent the company at in-state college recruiting fairs, showcasing our brand and engaging with high-end clients.
· Attend job fairs to identify and attract top talent to the organization.
· Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source, screen, and select qualified candidates.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
